Letsmoo — Valet Parking App
Paperless valet parking with WhatsApp updates for car owners.
- The problem
- Valet parking ran on paper tickets that were easy to lose and slow at busy hours, with no record of where keys and cars were.
- What we built
- An app that records the car and owner at drop-off, sends WhatsApp updates (SMS as backup), tracks where each key is kept and handles retrieval requests.
- The outcome
- A fully paperless valet operation: faster at peak hours, no lost tickets, and a clear record of every car and key.
- No paper tickets
- Automatic WhatsApp updates
