- Pranalink's products, practitioner services, training and events lived in separate places. Customers could not browse, book and buy in one go.
- What we built
- A multi-vendor marketplace with buyer, seller and practitioner accounts: listings, practitioner search, cart, secure checkout and customer accounts, on a platform the team can manage themselves.
- The outcome
- One connected shop instead of a scattered catalogue, ready for new categories, sellers and content without a rebuild.
- 3 account types: buyers, sellers, practitioners
